As in previous years, several events are available to partner with the Conference that will provide you with key networking and promotional opportunities for sponsorship.


At the Platinum and Gold level, exclusive networking sessions and dinners provide you with the chance to host all the delegates and their guests at informal receptions. Getting to know your customers and their needs in this type of environment is priceless!


Depending on your budget, additional opportunities to promote your brand are available. These vary, ranging from a half-day Business Session and coffee break, branded hotel key cards, branded Conference lanyard, table-top displays and more.


You can choose to promote your organization on an exclusive basis or share opportunities with other industry partners – we know there is something that will work for you. These are proven opportunities to promote your brand and your team to an exclusive roster of ECAO and CECA members.


The below categories reflect a range of what is possible. The top Tier in the Platinum
category also includes 1 Single Conference Registration (Hotel & Conference Inclusions)
valued at CAD $3,500.00 – The price reflects not only the actual value of that but also the opportunity it presents.

Platinum $35,000

  • Includes 1 Single Conference Registration Valued at $3,500.00 – see Conference inclusions.

  • Suite upgrade over group dates

  • First right of refusal for 2026 Platinum Sponsorship opportunities

  • Dedicated Feature E-Blast (x2): conference spotlight with a full section to highlight your company, services, and involvement (e.g., sponsored events).

All attending sponsors and non-members will be asked to register the same way as our
members and will receive the same benefits and inclusions in terms of meals,
accommodation, and the ECAO/CECA business session. This will simplify the process for
you and ensure that you get to spend as much time with our members as you wish.
