​PAYMENT & CANCELLATION POLICY - REGISTRATION FEE
Payment is due to ECAO within 10 days of submitting your registration to secure your room in the hotel. Written notification to ECAO is required for all requests for cancellation. Refunds will be granted based on the date of notification. No refunds will be made after July 25, 2025.
